Every figure traces to a primary source: 15 training programs from the state regulator’s approved list, 133 recruiting trials from ClinicalTrials.gov, 2 of 51 jurisdictions checked against the statute. That sourcing is what a licensee is buying.

Does Psilocybin Research accept advertising?
Not from psilocybin sellers, service providers, retreats, clinics, coaching programs or supplement companies — which is most of the advertising available in this category. We license our datasets, write commissioned briefings, and will take sponsorship from organizations with nothing to sell our readers, disclosed on the page and with no editorial input.
Do you take affiliate commission?
There are no affiliate links anywhere on this site today, including on the pages where they would be easiest to place — facilitator training, events and cost all link out, and none of those links earns us anything. Outbound links carry nofollow. Commission on books and other non-consumable products is a planned stream, itemized in the advertising disclosure; commission on psilocybin, spores, grow kits or any consumable is a permanent refusal.
Can we sponsor a page or be listed in the training or events directories?
Listings cannot be bought. Presence on the approved-training page is decided by a state regulator, presence on the events page is decided by whether the event exists and what kind it is, and presence in the trials registry is decided by ClinicalTrials.gov. Sponsorship, where we accept it, funds the publication as a whole and is disclosed — it never attaches to a page or a listing.
What data can we license?
The 51-jurisdiction legal status dataset, reviewed by hand and last updated August 30, 2026, and the psilocybin trials registry, currently 133 recruiting studies pulled from ClinicalTrials.gov with washout requirements flagged. Both come with a review date, a documented methodology and a named person to ask.
Will you write about our company?
Possibly — on the same terms as everyone else. We cover the development pipeline, state programs and the training market as reported facts, so a company appears here when the facts warrant it. Coverage is earned rather than arranged, and it is a record rather than an endorsement.
