What this site is
An independent publication about psilocybin science, treatment and law. We do not sell, supply, broker or facilitate access to psilocybin, spores, or any controlled substance, and we will not help anyone obtain them illegally.
Accuracy, and its limits
We work hard to be accurate and we cite our sources so you can check us. We cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it — law and evidence both move. Our legal data carries explicit caveats where our confidence is below high, and dated review stamps throughout. Treat those as part of the content, not boilerplate.

Using our work
Article text and design are © 2026 Psilocybin Research. You may quote us with attribution and a link, as you would any publication.
Our state legal-status dataset is different: it is available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Use it, build on it, republish it — just credit Psilocybin Research and link back. It is more useful to us being cited than being fenced off.
What you may not do: scrape the site to reproduce it wholesale, present our work as your own, or use our name or reporting to imply we endorse a provider, product or treatment.

We link to external sources constantly and some outbound links are affiliate or referral links.
