What the law says in Oregon
Adults 21+ can legally take psilocybin at a state-licensed service center with a licensed facilitator — no diagnosis or prescription required. Buying, possessing or using it anywhere else is still a crime. More than 20,000 people have used the program since it opened in mid-2023.

21 service centers appear in the state licensee directory, and a session has to happen at one of them. Against 378 licensed facilitators, that is roughly 18 credential-holders per venue, which is most of why booking takes longer than the license numbers suggest.
